The Commissioner and Registrar of Co-usable Societies, Pune, has coordinated that upkeep charges for lodging units in the State falling under the ambit of the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970, will be surveyed according to the unit's region. In any case, this request doesn't make a difference to pads enlisted under the Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.
Private structures in Maharashtra are administered by either the Apartment Ownership Act or the Cooperative Societies Act. This mandate will help roughly 50,000 structures in the State that are enlisted under the Apartment Ownership Act. Over 1.2 lakh helpful lodging social orders present in Maharashtra can not exploit the request.
Prior, under the
Apartment Act, an occupant needed to pay upkeep as indicated by the level of
proprietorship in relation to the normal region of the structure and afterward
pay per sq ft. In agreeable social orders, the land and building are possessed
by the separate society and not people. The greater part of the upkeep charges
are isolated similarly among all individuals, independent of the region of a
lodging unit. The parts of the charges are as per the model bye-laws of helpful
lodging social orders.
